Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. All deliveries are transported overnight through the United States Postal Service and require a signature. No Saturday deliveries.

Your tracking number will be emailed once orders have been dispatched. Deliveries are made only to a street address, not a P.O. box. If you have purchased multiple items, they may be shipped separately.

We do not offer international shipping.

To ensure a safe arrival, a signature will be required upon delivery of all orders. Signatures required upon delivery will be noted on your order and shipping confirmation email.

All purchases through the Site are refundable within 7 days from the date of merchandise received by contacting 203-629-3303. Return shipments must be made via the United States Postal Service in the same condition received, in the orginal box/packages and with any certifications provided. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping of items and must be insured at the value of the full purchase price.

All items shown on the website are subject to prior sale. Although we attempt to display only products that are available for immediate purchase, occasionally we may have a product that is for sale on the website that is unavailable.

Product prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund a customer's money, if we find that a price is listed incorrectly on our website. In addition, we reserve the right to change prices for the same product to reflect changes in our vendor's suggested retail prices, market fluctuations or the cost of component materials for an item, etc.
